Brian Capshaw has been taking care of pets in the Portland area since 2017. He is a former volunteer at Oregon Dog Rescue. A graduate of Karen Pryor's Foundations Course, he advocates positive reinforcement based on rewards, never punishment. Brian has logged hundreds of hours and over a thousand miles on the trails in Oregon! He is insured, and certified in pet CPR and first aid.
